Only customers who have completed a job through the Service Work Center, can provide a Job Rating. To prevent workers from reporting on themselves or on their competition, we have instituted procedures and controls to maintain the Customer Ratings.
Reputations are established by Contractors in their Relations with Customers. It's important to report and rate your Contractor experience after the completion of your job so other members can eliminate the "weak" Contractors. Contractor failure is a concern, so we've designed the Rating to ensure only high quality and reliable Contractors receive your job considerations.
Our members report about 1) on time delivery, 2) quality, 3) service and 4) an overall rating. We average each of these Rating areas supplied to us and the results are constantly updated. Individual reports are confidential to us and are not available to anyone. We only average the last 3 reports, so the Rating reflects a current analysis. Remember, the Rating is only a compilation of what Customers report to us AND that is important to you!
